Overview:
Carfect, a Wisconsin and Chicago-based car dealership, underwent a transformative journey over the past year to elevate its online presence and user experience (UX). I spearheaded the project, which focused on revamping the UX design and implementing strategic organic and local SEO tactics. The result was a remarkable 40% increase in online organic visibility, which led them to an award-winning car sales year for the company with a conversion increase of over 559% overall lead conversions.
Objective:
The primary aim was to enhance Carfect's digital platforms for a seamless user experience while concurrently boosting search engine optimization (SEO) to attract local customers.
Key Initiatives:
UX Redesign: Conducted user research and collaborated with designers to implement a modern website design, enhanced navigation, and integrated interactive features.

SEO Enhancement: Conducted an SEO Audit, including Competitor Analysis, Site Audit and GMB Audit. Developed a Keyword Strategy, Optimized on-page elements, and leveraged local SEO tactics.
Results:
Carfect's SEO implementation led to a surge of 256% increase in website conversions and 64% increase in organic traffic, enhancing brand visibility.
